Superbike, Fassi French Round, Race 2. In the second heat the drivers of the Althea BMW Racing Team managed to recover several positions, thanks to the dry track conditions: Jordi Torres crossed the finish line in seventh position, while Markus Reiterberger finished twelfth.

“Today went better than yesterday. First of all, the warm-up was very important, in which we wanted to find the right feeling in the dry after yesterday's water" – he explained Jordi Torres on Sunday's race – “We worked well and I felt ready for the race. I always gave 100%, maintaining a good pace for almost all 21 laps. It was just a shame that I lost a bit of time with Lowes at the beginning, but little by little I caught up, finding my rhythm and doing my best. Finally it seems that the bike is transmitting information to us, which is what we have been looking for for many races."

“This result after an injury, some falls and some difficult races is not bad. I'm not completely satisfied but the position satisfies me enough” – he said Markus Reiterberger – “It was a very long race, but I tried to push as much as possible from start to finish. We were losing a little too much in every sector, so we need to analyze the data carefully and understand how we can improve for the next race. I know we can do more. Thanks to my team for their great work this weekend.”

After the eleventh round of the season, Jordi Torres is seventh in the overall standings with 179 points, while Markus Reiterberger is sixteenth with 72.
