Superbike: Alex Lowes on track today in Brno for a test with Yamaha

Fresh from his success at the Suzuka 8 Hours, Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK rider Alex Lowes took to the track today with his Monster Yamaha Tech3 Team colleague Pol Espargaro for a test at Automotodrom Brno, after the HJC Helmets Grand Prix Ceské Republiky.

The English rider had the opportunity to test the Tech3 Yamaha YZR-M1: Lowes was excited to race a MotoGP bike and focus on adapting his riding style to the new bike.

“I can't wait to test the YZR-M1 on Monday,” he said alex lowes before hitting the track – “I am very grateful to Yamaha for giving me this opportunity and to Hervé Poncharal and the Monster Yamaha Tech3 team for making it possible. Brno is a fantastic circuit and it will be great to work with Pol again, in his garage this time! A month has already passed since the victory in Suzuka and this week we had a very positive test with the World Superbike. Yamaha gave me the chance to try one of the best MotoGP bikes in the world, it will be a great experience for me, it's really the icing on the cake!”.
