SBK Portuguese GP FP2 – Alvaro Bautista was the fastest in the second free practice session of the Portuguese Grand Prix, the eleventh round of the Superbike World Championship scheduled for this weekend in Portimao.

The Ducati rider finished with a time of 1'40.476, ahead of Michael Ruben Rinaldi by 0.351 thousandths and Jonathan Rea by 0.542s.

Fourth time for Remy Gardner followed by the official BMW of Michael Van Der Marck and Danilo Petrucci on the Barni team Ducati.

Andrea Locatelli finished with the seventh fastest time, ahead of team-mate Toprak Razgatlioglu and the fastest of the first session Gerrett Gerloff. Dominique Aegerter completes the top ten.
