SBK | GP Barcelona Qualifying: Razgatlioglu wins the Superpole, Bulega is second

SBK GP Barcelona Superpole – Toprak Razgatlioglu won the Superpole of the Catalunya Grand Prix, second round of the 2024 World Superbike Championship.

The Turkish BMW rider who set the new record for production derivatives, 1'39.489, preceded our Ducati Aruba rider Nicolò Bulega by 0.102s.

Excellent third time for Andrea Iannone, who on board the Ducati V4R of Team Go Eleven set a personal best lap of 1'39.799, placing himself ahead of Michael Van der Mark's BMW and Sam's Ducati Panigale V4R of Team Marc VDS Lowes.

Sixth time for Dominique Aegerter's Yamaha, which finished ahead of Alex Lowes' Kawasaki, Remy Gardner's Yamaha and Andrea Locatelli's. Danilo Petrucci closes the Top Ten with the Ducati Panigale V4R of the Barni Racing Team.

Difficult qualifying for Alvaro Bautista who finished eleventh (+0.808s) on the Ducati Aruba ahead of Scott Redding's BMW M 1000 RR and Jonathan Rea's Yamaha.

Axel Bassani (Kawasaki) and Michael Ruben Rinaldi (Ducati) finished in 15th and 16th place.
