MotoGP Valencia Preview: A.Espargarò, “I can't wait to get back on the bike”

The Valencia GP, the final event of the 2017 MotoGP season, will see the Aprilia RS-GPs competing in the "total red" livery of (RED), an association that has stood out over the years for its commitment to policies to fight diseases that represent a of the biggest problems of our time. Aprilia dresses (RED) to support such a noble battle, only the (RED) logo will appear on the bikes. Aleix Espargaró will return to the saddle in Valencia, forced to miss the Malaysian GP following the injury suffered in Australia.

The Spanish rider, who will undergo the usual medical check-up on Thursday to check the condition of his operated hand, is nevertheless confident. For him the objective is to conclude a certainly positive season with dignity and, from the post-race tests, begin to lay the foundations for a great 2018. In his last appearance of the season in MotoGP, Sam Lowes trusts in the feeling accumulated during the "trio" to achieve a points finish on the circuit dedicated to Ricardo Tormo.

I was sad to miss Malaysia due to injury, unfortunately ours is a risky sport and these things can happen. I'm confident, my hand is better and although I still feel pain I will give 100%. Both myself and the whole team deserve to finish this season well, we have worked a lot and we want to face preparation for 2018 with the right confidence."
