MotoGP Valencia: Word to Lorenzo, Marquez and Rossi

Jorge Lorenzo Marc Marquez Valentino Rossi MotoGP 2016 Valencia – Stratospheric pole position for Jorge Lorenzo who shatters the track record on the day of his last qualifying with Yamaha. The Majorcan thus breaks away from the other 2 riders in the front row, Marc Marquez e Valentino Rossi. For tomorrow his opponents must hope that he will not be able to replicate the record laps set today in the race otherwise they will see him through binoculars.

Jorge Lorenzo – 1nd – : “I went very fast, I made some really good times. Every time I put on a new tire I improved by two tenths. And then in the first corner in the last 2 laps I went a bit wide otherwise I would have improved further"

Marc Marquez – 2st – : The first plan was to make two attempts, but with the first tire I found Iannone in the middle who didn't see me and unfortunately I lost that attempt, so I had to use three tyres. I tried again but Jorge was very strong today, however the front row is a good result and we're ready for the race"

Valentino Rossi – 3rd – : “Very important because it's difficult to pass here and then yesterday we certainly weren't in a great place. Tomorrow we have to try to stay glued to the first two even if the fight for the podium will be tough because various riders have a good pace"
