Nicky Hayden closed the two days of testing in Valencia with the 4th time, with a time of 1'32.956. Kentucki Kid, which completed 33 laps, also used a new frame, with different stiffness compared to the standard version. The word is up to him.

“It looked like we wouldn't even get to shoot today so I'm glad we got to do it, albeit briefly. That's why he waits until the end before giving it up! We didn't do anything but we managed to try a few things and it was time well spent. I think the new chassis helps improve turning and, beyond that, we worked on electronics and a suspension link that I had already tested during the season. The track at the end wasn't too bad, apart from a couple of wet puddles. It's early to draw conclusions but we can't wait to try again.”

    Nice Niky,

    I'm very happy for you.

Let's hope we start to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

If the progression is confirmed in the dry too, you're not in a bad situation.

Congratulations also to Ducati for the new changes which seem, at this point, to be spot on.

Apparently, then, Manzania (Motocorse) was right when he said that Ducati had brought innovations to the tests (he published a photo of a case with codes that made one think of evolutions).

Nice Preziosi haha: in front of the press airtight as always (there won't be anything new at the tests because Dovi has to understand the bike) and instead...

Good: I'm happy and I wish Ducati and all its riders all the best.

I'll link the article so anyone who is interested can read it.

It's an interview with Preziosi in Valencia before the race.

Preziosi, hermetic and diplomatic as always, smiles and doesn't answer... but you can see the photo of the Ducati case I mentioned above and after some considerations from Manzania.
