MotoGP – Sepang Test Day 3 – Marco Melandri: "I'm going home half happy"
Marco Melandri ended the Sepang tests with the awareness that he had not yet found the right feeling with his Team Gresini Honda RC212V. The driver from Ravenna completed 60 laps today and achieved a best time of 2'02"078, a time which earned him the twelfth fastest time. Here is his comment.
"Sin! Yesterday at the end of the day I was very satisfied, unlike today. We were unable to materialize the positive indications that yesterday had made us make a big leap in quality compared to the tests at the beginning of February. It was a real shame. I go home half happy. Clearly the early morning crash partially affected today's work but I still remain partially disappointed. We will carry out the repair tests in the next tests which will take place in mid-March with the hope that things will go better on that circuit."
