MotoGP – Phillip Island test – Positive outcome for Dani Pedrosa
Daniel Pedrosa's apprenticeship continues in the MotoGP class. The Team Honda Repsol rider completed the 3 days of testing on the Phillip Island track (Australia) with satisfaction, where he worked on both dry and wet surfaces. Pedrosa completed 96 laps (427 km) on the last day available and achieved his best time with a time of 1'31"10. Now the next appointment for the Spanish driver is set for February 14th on the Sepang track in Malaysia.
“Today (yesterday) the weather was very good and this allowed us to carry out a complete test. I think we did well, this is a difficult circuit for me and these tests will be useful for the Australian GP. We worked a lot, especially trying different Michelin tires and we found a good setup. I leave here very satisfied, we worked well and these tests will be useful for the race.”
