MotoGP – Losail Test Day 1 – Andrea Dovizioso is confident

Andrea Dovizioso achieved the sixth fastest time on the first day of MotoGP testing in Losail with a time of 1'56"811. The Forlì rider of Team Honda Repsol worked on the setup of his Honda RC212V with positive feelings. The word is up to him.

“I'm quite satisfied because I was able to lap consistently and this gives us a good basis for tomorrow, when the goal for us will be to lap in the low 1'56s. Today we changed my riding position and the feeling was very good. We also tested a different swingarm which allows us to use some set-ups with different options. Compared to the Sepang tests, they are more satisfied with where we are and with the fact that we had a good lap in the first part of the session. We haven't reached our full potential, so I think we can improve further tomorrow.”
