The Majorcan, who crashed twice, finished ninth
MotoGP Test Jerez – Jorge Lorenzo ended the day of testing on the Jerez track with the ninth fastest time, about a second from the top.
During the day, the Honda rider focused on the set up of the bike and tried to gain even more confidence with the bike, in fact he did not try the carbon frame that his teammate tested. However, the Majorcan was also the victim of two crashes, fortunately without consequences, one in the early afternoon and one at the end of the day.
These are the words of Jorge Lorenzo: “Today we were able to do a lot of laps and try a lot of things. This was important for us as we are still trying to make up for the time we lost in testing earlier in the season. We tried some interesting things for the races to come. The day was disrupted by two falls. We didn't want to end the day with a crash. I'm OK, a little sore but OK. Thanks to the Repsol Honda and HRC team technicians for the hard work they did throughout the weekend and today during the test.”
