MotoGP | IRTA Thailand Test Day 2: Pedrosa, “We are not yet where we would like to be”

MotoGP Repsol Honda Test Thailand – Dani Pedrosa completes the Honda one-two on the second day of testing at the Buriram circuit, finishing behind teammate Marc Marquez.

The Spaniard continues to work 360° on his Honda: gearbox, suspension and aerodynamics seem to be the aspects where the manufacturer of the golden wing is concentrating the most. Tomorrow for the last day of testing, the Sabadell driver is determined to improve further, threatening his teammate.

These are the words of Dani Pedrosa: “We are working a lot these days, because we have to understand many things, such as the track, the setup, and so on. Today we were able to maintain a better pace than yesterday, and we have already improved the riding and setup a little. We are not yet where we want to be, we need to continue to make progress. We tested some Michelin tyres, although it looks like they won't be the ones we use for the race, and we worked on the suspension, electronics, and gearbox setup. Tomorrow I will probably also work on the aerodynamics. So far we are working well, and tomorrow we will try to make the most of the last day!”
