MotoGP: Irta Jerez Test Day 3, Randy De Puniet “I am very satisfied with the potential of the bike”

Randy De Puniet can say he is satisfied with the three-day Irta MotoGP test in Jerez de la Frontera. The Team Power Electronics Aspar driver finished as the best CRT and also close to the prototypes of Karel Abraham and Hector Barberà. The word is up to him.

“We struggled a lot this morning with front grip and we had to work hard to resolve the problem. It took almost three hours and in the end we used a tire that we had tested on Friday and it made a big difference. Apart from this morning's setback I am satisfied with the test, we were fast and always in front as CRT and not far from some prototypes. Our pace is good and we are ready for the start of the season. I am very satisfied with the potential of the bike and I think we can aim for a high level this year, also in the race. I also crashed, probably pushing too hard with a worn front tyre, but luckily I was going slowly.”
