With a press conference held on the Sepang circuit, Yamaha revealed the livery with which the Japanese company will take part in the 2011 MotoGP class world championship. The bikes with which Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies will race have a color that recalls the Factory colors of the manufacturer Diapason and there is no real main sponsor. In fact, the central part of the fairings of the M1 of the Spanish champion and the American driver have no sponsor while Petronas appears at the bottom, already present last year. As already seen, Lorenzo's number one is made up of the initials of the Majorcan driver which together give the optical illusion of the #1 due to the world champion.

Lin Jarvis, the new director of Massimo Meregalli's team and Wilco Zeelenberg were present at the press conference. In addition to the aforementioned, Shigeto Kitagawa, Masahiko Nakajima, Kouichi Tsuji and drivers Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies were also present. Tomorrow we return to the track for the second pre-season test, then the last appointment before the opening race in Qatar on March 13th.
