MotoGP Sachsenring, Free Practice 4: Marquez ahead of Pedrosa and Bradl, Rossi is 4th
Good session for Danilo Petrucci, Iodaracing rider from Terni
The two Hondas of Team Repsol dominated the fourth free practice session of the MotoGP class at the Sachsenring. In the first two places in a session initially characterized by light rain we find Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa. The world championship leader lapped in 1:21.582, while #26 was 0.363s behind.
Another Honda follows them, that of Stefan Bradl, who has yet to clarify his future, which could be far from Lucio Cecchinello's Team.
Fourth and fifth position for the Yamahas of Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo, who precede the Honda of Alvaro Bautista, the Yamaha Open of Aleix Espargarò and the Ducati of Andrea Iannone's Team Pramac.
The two Yamahas of Team Tech 3 of Pol Espargarò and Bradley Smith close the Top Ten. Yonny Hernandez had a good session, putting Cal Crutchlow behind him on the Ducati Open of Team Pramac. Danilo Petrucci from Terni also did very well, finishing sixteenth on the Iodaracing ART Aprilia and ahead of Karel ABraham's Honda and Andrea Dovizioso's Ducati.
