Valentino Rossi MotoGP 2016 Preview Qatar Yamaha Movistar – An euphoric and motivated Valentino Rossi spoke a few days before the Qatar Grand Prix, the opening race of the 2016 world championship. The Yamaha rider is aiming decidedly high, he has the say.

“Finally we're starting to talk about racing! I'm very happy that a new season is about to start. Our tests were definitely positive, but the race is another thing. During the tests we learned a lot about tires and electronics, but there are many other things to discover and this first race will be very important to understand the real potential of the bikes and the riders – said Valentino Rossi – Last season I started very well and I don't know if I will be able to repeat that result, but I will try to get on the podium. It will be important to start working well from the first tests to arrive prepared and have clear ideas for the race. I feel ready and motivated as does the whole team, let's go!”

true, we're finally starting to talk about racing.

I'm very curious to see the potential of the bikes and riders with these new tires and control units in the race, the adrenaline is different compared to the tests.

Will we start talking about racing in the comments too or will we still have to deal with the usual botched detractors of the doctor?
    We'll see from Sunday....

dear Fatman, as always you make nonsense sentences. What do you know from how long I have been following the world championship? I went to watch the races when Agostini, Pasolini and company were still there.
I did KM by bicycle to follow the construction of the Santamonica circuit, today the Misano World Circuit “Simoncelli”. It is completely in your style not to have any knowledge of what you are saying but to shout it in the belief that you are giving it substance. Persevere.

Unfortunately, some with these unimportant comments about who the poor driver is attacked by low level insults have not understood that this is a sport and not football. Go away in some stadium to swear and say bad words that make mankind shameful of a low level.

Valefumi, don't pay attention to fatman.. he's just as annoying as a tarzanello and has the same function..

For the rest, it will be interesting to see how the Drivers adapt to the new tires in the race... we hope to see some good races!
they will give themselves some nice fairings I think...

    and come on Vale!!!!

Sorry for the ot but besides Sky, are there any sites where you can watch the race?
I have sky but I only keep it for the world championship.. where do you see the races?..

    Sorry @valefumi a question.
You should be around sixty years old right? Pasolini died in 73 in Monza. So roughly you should have been born in the 60's. It's nice to know that older people blog too. Let me just point out that Santa Monica is written staccato – not completely attached.

    1. valefumi said:

In reality I'm still a few years away from reaching sixty. Thanks for the elder, on the other hand I'm starting to realize it.
However, I had a father who was passionate about racing and who, since I was a child, took me to Riccione to watch races on the city circuit. Then I was a passionate make-up artist for fifties with whom we went for races in more or less isolated spaces (it was still possible even to go around with the exhausts open but if the police caught you it was a problem).
On Santa Monica both versions exist…..

On “cricfree”. Write it on Google and a page with various channels opens. Btsport2 broadcasts the race and every single test and the English commentators are very good. If you're lucky there are also Sky channels underneath... sometimes you can see it there too but it's rare.
Otherwise there is “live TV” :)
