MotoGP Qatar Day 1: Cal Crutchlow “We're giving our all, an idiot slowed me down in the best lap”

MotoGP 2015 GP Qatar Honda CWL LCR FP1 – Cal Crutchlow he closed the first day of testing with an excellent 5th time, close to the leaders. The Cecchinello team rider therefore begins his season in a great way, after the difficult year on the Ducati experienced in 2014. However, the Briton, despite the excellent start, remains with his feet on the ground because there is still a lot of work to do and indeed , he is also angry because a driver in his best lap slowed him down to wait for him at the last corner looking for a "hook" to make the time.

“Today was only the first day – Cal Crutchlow said – but I think that tomorrow the time classification will be very different, however I am happy with how it went. Of course, tomorrow we have a couple of things to resolve, also because today I was stuck in the pits for some time. Furthermore, here too, as in the tests, I have a problem with the brake lever. On my best lap I was then slowed down by another rider in the last corner, even though before these tests we riders talked for an hour saying that it was dangerous to wait in that corner. It's idiotic to slow down to about 100 km per hour to catch up with someone passing by. However I want to thank the CWL LCR Honda team for the great work done, we are doing the best with what we have"
