MotoGP – Preview Sepang – Jorge Lorenzo aims for the podium

Jorge Lorenzo, after the two fourth places obtained in the last two races, has the objective for the next race in Sepang (penultimate round of the 2008 world championship) to get on the podium, a podium he has missed since the Indianapolis race when he finished behind his team. “I can't wait to get to Malaysia, a fast circuit, which I like and where, more importantly, we have already tested this year and things hadn't gone badly. We have achieved decent results over the last four races and so I am optimistic ahead of the last two races of my debut MotoGP season. We have achieved two fourth places recently so I would like to get back on the podium. I hope and believe that Michelin brings better tires than Japan and Australia, where we were close to the best. Sepang is well known for its heat and changeable conditions, one minute it can be boiling hot and then it can rain. We will have to work hard to finish the tour of the Pacific in the best possible way.”
