MotoGP – Preview Estoril – Capirossi thinks positive

Loris Capirossi is experiencing a second youth in MotoGP, after racing and giving his first victory to Ducati he has in fact switched this year to Suzuki, a bike with which he took an excellent fifth place in the second round of the season in Jerez de la Frontera. The former world champion of the 125 and 250 classes can therefore not wait to get on track in Estoril, a track that he likes and where he aims to do well. The word is up to him.

“I can't wait to go to Estoril. I enjoy the track and I'm sure the GSV-R will do quite well. We had a good race in Jerez and we also did well in the post-GP test and then we found a couple of things, but we are not yet where we want to be and we know it will be difficult in Portugal. The team is very focused and knows what is needed to improve the bike.”
