MotoGP – Preview Brno – Jorge Lorenzo: “Perfect holidays, I'm ready to start again”

Championship leader Jorge Lorenzo is ready to return to the track in Brno. The Majorcan rider from the Fiat Yamaha Team has never been on the podium in the Czech Republic since he started racing in MotoGP and so this will be his goal. Then on Monday, unlike his team-mate Valentino Rossi, he will stop to test the 2011 prototype of the Yamaha YZR-M1. He has the microphone.

“The holidays were perfect. Ten days in the Caribbean I rested and had fun, I recharged my batteries for the second half of the season. I needed it because the calendar has been very busy in the last month and now I can focus on the rest of the season. Let's go to Brno, a track that I like and where I have won three times, but never in MotoGP. I haven't gotten a podium here yet and this is my challenge, my first podium in the second half of the season, in Brno. The Czech Republic is a beautiful land, with incredible people and the circuit is impressive, fast and with some beautiful hills . After the race I will stop in Brno to try something new on the bike, something to improve our bike until the end of the championship. It's a great place to start again!”
