MotoGP GP Indonesia 2023 – After the "strange" race in Japan, the MotoGP returns to the track, next stop Mandalika for the Indonesian Grand Prix.

Only three points separate Francesco Bagnaia from Jorge Martin after 14 races. Anything can still happen and there are still a lot of points up for grabs, but in the next 2 months the pace will be very fast and every risk will have to be carefully evaluated. At the moment the Pramac rider seems to be in incredible form, nothing and no one seems to worry him, while Pecco, after the mistake in India, has to put things right, but Indonesia could be the right place to do it despite the year last year things didn't go as planned. On the Mandalika circuit, all eyes are on the KTMs. Last year it was Oliveira who won, riding the KTM that season, while this year Binder and Miller could be in the mix. After the lackluster performances in the last races, the Aprilias of Aleix Espargarò and Maverick Vinales could return to the positions that count.

At Yamaha the mood is low and thinking of a Quartararo or a Morbidelli in the top positions is almost impossible, as well as in Honda which, after Marquez's farewell at the end of the season, must decide the path to take for the next one year.

In Indonesia, the waiting room of the medical center will also be crowded. On Thursday, in fact, Luca Marini, Marco Bezzecchi and Enea Bastianini will undergo a check-up to determine whether or not they are eligible to take part in the weekend.

Indonesia GP Weather

The weather is unpredictable, but for the moment rain is only forecast for Friday.
