Octo Pramac Racing returns to dress Boxeur Des Rues, a leading Franco-Italian brand in the streetwear world, already supplier of the team for three consecutive years from 2010 to 2012. The riders, technicians and staff of Octo Pramac Racing will dress Boxeur Des Rues during the 18 stages of the MotoGP calendar of the 2017 and 2018 season. Boxeurs des Rues, literally "street boxer", is a brand inspired by the world of Savate, French boxing born from the union of the techniques of classic English boxing and the arts oriental martial arts, learned at the end of the 800th century by French sailors visiting the various ports of South-East Asia and the Far East

Techniques subsequently merged together and used mainly in frequent brawls. Following this, numerous clandestine fighting clubs (Fight Clubs) were born in Marseille, the most important and infamous European port, on which a large betting ring gravitates. Hence the name “Boxeur Des Rues”: true sportsmen, but born and raised on the street.

The essence of the brand is therefore the "fusion" of the "street wear" and Sportswear concepts.

Francesco Guidotti (Team Manager Octo Pramac Racing)
“It is with great satisfaction that we return to wearing the uniforms of Boxeur des Rues, a brand that represents much more than a technical partner for our team. The 2017 season is full of challenges and battles and this is why we like to present ourselves on the grids of the next world championship also with the soul of true fighters."
