MotoGP Motegi, Warm Up: Lorenzo ahead of Pedrosa and Stoner

Jorge Lorenzo, after obtaining pole position in the MotoGP class of the Japanese Grand Prix yesterday, also confirmed himself in this morning's warm up. The world championship leader in fact achieved the best time with a time of 1:45.888, the only driver to lap under the 46:XNUMX minute mark.

Behind him are the two Honda Repsol HRCs, those of compatriot Dani Pedrosa (197 thousandths of a second behind) and that of the returning Casey Stoner, who returns to the top positions. The reigning champion, who is 254 thousandths behind Lorenzo, seemed much more at ease compared to the tests and in the race, ankle permitting, he could be one of the protagonists.

The Honda RC213V SATs of Alvaro Bauista (Team Gresini) and the 2011 Moto2 champion Stefan Bradl (Team LCR) also did well, setting the fourth and fifth times respectively ahead of the Yamaha SATs of Team Tech 3 of the British Cal Crutchlow and of our Andrea Dovizioso.
