GP Japan MotoGP Ducati Team Preview – Jorge Lorenzo finished the last Aragon race in third position, replicating the best performance already achieved at the beginning of the season in Jerez. The Majorcan, after leading the race for several laps, had to surrender at the end to Marc Marquez and the attacking Dani Pedrosa, who prevented him from obtaining his first victory aboard the Borgo Panigale bike.

Now that the MotoGP moves to Asia for the triptych, the objective of the #99 remains the same: to reach the podium or even better, achieve his first victory with Ducati.

The next event will be the Japanese Grand Prix on the Motegi track, a track where the Spaniard has excellent memories and where he managed to achieve three successes in the premier class and started from pole 4 times.

These are the words of Jorge Lorenzo: “The podium in Aragon was very important for the team and confirmed that the direction we are following is the right one. Now the final part of the World Championship begins, with these three consecutive races overseas, and my goal is still the same: always fighting for the podium and aiming for my first victory with Ducati. Motegi is one of my favorite tracks, where I have managed to win several times in the past. I think our bike adapts very well to the characteristics of this track and therefore we will have an excellent chance of obtaining a good result.”
