MotoGP Motegi: Danilo Petrucci, “I got into Q2 well, but in qualifying I was a dunce”
The Pramac Racing rider from Terni achieved the tenth time, fourth row
Danilo Petrucci MotoGP 2016 Motegi Ducati Pramac – Danilo Petrucci was critical of himself and spoke at the end of qualifying for the Japanese Grand Prix, which will take place tomorrow in Motegi. The Terni rider from Team Pramac Ducati crashed in FP3 and then called himself a "dunce" in qualifying. The word is up to him
“I don't know whether to be happy with today or not. This morning I crashed, ruining the work a bit, but in the end I made it into Q2 and this allowed me to concentrate on the race pace in FP4 – said Danilo Petrucci – In qualifying, however, I was a dunce: I started well and in the second run I tried to wait for a fast rider to follow, I found Lorenzo but I immediately made a mistake. We'll see what happens tomorrow but all things considered I'm satisfied with what we've done so far this weekend.”
