“Maybe it wasn't the result we expected after qualifying, but in the first lap I didn't feel too confident because it was raining a bit, and I didn't feel like I could push too much, so I lost some positions and drifted away from the leading group. . When I found my race pace the leading group was too far away and I couldn't catch them. Eighth place is not a bad result, but this weekend we expected more. We have worked well in the last few races, but we need to improve further in qualifying to be able to be at the front on the starting grid, start well and do well in the first laps. I want to thank the whole team for this weekend and Rizla for the support they gave us with the new livery. Today the bike was splendid and I think we all expected something more than eighth place, but we are sure we will be able to do more in the next races.”
