MotoGP | Maverick Vinales: “I really like the Buriram circuit”

MotoGP Movistar Yamaha – Maverick Vinales was the protagonist together with team-mate Valentino Rossi and the Frenchman Johann Zarco of the Yamaha event at the Chang International Circuit Buriram, in Thailand. The Spanish rider, in his second year with the Tre Diapason manufacturer (and fresh from a two-year renewal) said he was positively impressed by the circuit, which from tomorrow will see all the riders in the MotoGP class engaged for the second test of the season.

“The press conference event was a nice and positive way to start the test in Thailand. This will be my second year with the Yamaha Factory Team, and there will be two more after this, so I really feel part of the 'Yamaha family' – said Maverick Vinales – I really enjoyed the event, but now it's time to Go back to work. I've already taken a look at the Chang circuit and my first impression was very positive, I didn't expect it to be a track like this; I really like it and I also think it will be very good for Thai fans, so it's a pleasure to be here. The goal is to be consistent throughout the year, we have a good bike, a good team and we can't wait to work in the next few days.”
