The first time on a MotoGP is always a great emotion and Marc Marquez, new Moto2 world champion as well as new addition to the HRC team, has decided to share his sensations together with all the fans who follow him via his blog on the company website. repsol (which you can find here http://blogs.repsol.com/competicion/marc_marquez).

“Hello everyone, last week we experienced a very special moment. After winning the title and the end-of-season gala, the moment I had been waiting for finally came. On Monday I met my new garage and my new team. It was amazing. And it's all much bigger than I expected." began Marc who seems decidedly enthusiastic about the new adventure he is about to experience.

“At the beginning the weather didn't help us, and we had to wait until the second day of testing to be able to get on the bike, even if only in the late afternoon” then continue to tell “It was a bit stressful, I took my suit off and put it back on several times hoping that the right time would come, and time no longer passed! I knew that if I didn't go out on track here I would have to wait several weeks before I could try it for the first time. I asked Santi to let me take at least one lap anyway, but he was adamant: I would only ride the MotoGP for the first time in the dry, so I continued to hope"

“Luckily the sun finally came out and the big moment arrived. What a joy! I really enjoyed all the rides I did. Coming out of the last bend and feeling the tire floating on the straight without touching the ground... what a feeling! Feeling all that power in your hands, it's incredible, I can't describe it!”

" Our next outing will be in Sepang at the end of the month and I can't wait to get back on the Honda again. The feelings I have about my new team are also fantastic, and obviously having Santi, Carlor and Emilio with me is very helpful.
Tomorrow I will leave for Japan, then, as I said, I will go to Sepang
A hug
Marc”
