MotoGP Losail, Qualifying: Hector Barberà “It's a shame to have lost the second row”

In a hard-fought and exhilarating qualifying round of the Qatar GP, the opening race of the MotoGP season scheduled for tomorrow, Hector Barbera, Pramac Racing, achieved the eighth fastest time. The Spanish rider would like to be the best Ducati rider in the race, he has the say.

“It went quite well, especially if I consider the progress made in the three days of testing. I would say the most concrete and satisfying tests of my career in MotoGP. I'm only sorry that I lost the second row by just a tenth. A result that was within my possibilities. We solved the wear of the rear tire, but as a result I lost a bit of feeling with the front. A move that perhaps we will see again in the warm up.
I can't wait to start the race with just one goal: to do well and be the first Ducati rider.”
