Jorge Lorenzo lost points from a world championship perspective yesterday in Aragon, where he finished the race in second place behind world championship leader Marc Marquez (who now has a 39-point advantage over the Majorcan). Yesterday in the press conference the reigning champion did not want to comment on the Marquez - Pedrosa "contact", which cost the latter his fall due to an unusual event; #93 inadvertently severed the rear wheel sensor cable of his team-mate, who flew away as soon as he opened the throttle (while he was second and chasing Lorenzo).

Lorenzo, however, spoke shortly after, saying that he had already expressed himself in Jerez on the driving of his compatriot, that we remember sending him wide for the first time at the end of the straight opposite the pit straight and that after that he "doored" him at the last corner as he did Valentino Rossi with Sete Gibernau. The word is up to him. “What I say is not intended to influence what is decided. Every driver is made in his own way. Marc is an aggressive rider who takes more risks than others and when you do that these things happenor. I didn't see what happened, but I already gave my opinion in Jerez, when I experienced it first hand.  Marc is an aggressive rider who takes a lot of risks, for himself and for others . "

Let us remember that the Spaniards themselves made a "crusade" against the late Marco Simoncelli, accused of having too aggressive a leadership. On that occasion even Sic was threatened and had to travel with escort to Barcelona.

Cal Crutchlow, however, has a different opinion and said "Marc deserved to win, I didn't see any incorrect maneuvers. Dani braked too early and he had to widen his trajectory. He is criticized because he makes too many mistakes, would anyone like to say that Dani or any rider has never made them? For me he didn't do anything wrong."

The biggest mistake Marquez can make is to pretend nothing happened. He made the mistake, nothing serious... so he apologizes and tries not to repeat it, so no one can get hold of it. Unless you purposely want to create the character who triggers the very fruitful brawls between fans...
