MotoGP: Jorge Lorenzo, “In Barcelona to stay at the Top”
The Yamaha rider arrives at his home race after three consecutive victories, Jerez, Le Mans and Mugello
MotoGP 2015 Movistar Yamaha GP Catalunya – Jorge Lorenzo is the fittest rider at the moment. The two-time MotoGP world champion is in fact coming off three consecutive victories (Jerez, Le Mans and Mugello) and will be looking for poker in Catalonia, theater of the seventh stage of the 2015 world championship. On his home track he won three times in the MotoGP, 2010, 2012 and 2013. He has the say.
“Three wins in a row is a good haul. I never thought that this could happen after a strange start to the championship, with some external problems that affected my riding and also the results. After the victory at Mugello I am happy with my performance and also with the team's work – explained Jorge Lorenzo – Everything is going well at the moment, I am only six points behind Vale (Rossi, ed.) and I feel very good on the bike. Now comes the Barcelona race, my home race. I know Montmeló very well, I have raced there for many years and I feel at home. The track is very beautiful and suits the Yamaha well. I will give my all to try to be ready for the race, so I can fight for the podium."
