MotoGP Jerez: Marquez, "I risked falling twice, I saw Vinales and Vale behind and I preferred not to risk it"

Gp Jerez MotoGP Marquez Honda– Second position for Marc Marquez at the Spanish Red Bull Grand Prix. The reigning world champion tried to keep up with his teammate, Dani Pedrosa, but after risking falling twice, he preferred to take home the result.

Then he continued with what is somewhat of the mystery of his entire weekend: “I don't know why we are ahead. Everyone struggled with the rear but we managed it better. The strong point has worsened, the weak point has improved. For my riding style the medium was too soft, which was the option that could work well. The problem was at the front, it was too hard, the medium was too soft.”
