Japanese Grand Prix 2015 – Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) has announced that Honda tester Takumi Takahashi will participate as a wild card in the Motegi race, scheduled for October 11th. Takahashi running in the MFJ All Japan Road Race JSB1000 for Team MuSASHi RT HARC-PRO he won the Suzuka 8 hours three times, in 2010, 2013 and 2014 and is considered one of the most promising young Japanese drivers.

“We are very happy that Takumi will be able to gain experience with a wild card in MotoGP – said Shuhei Nakamoto, Executive Vice President of HRC – He is a young tester on the rise and I hope he can demonstrate his skills in front of his home crowd.”
