MotoGP: Guido Meda is officially the new "voice" of SkyMotoGP: Guido Meda is officially the new "voice" of Sky

Guido Meda is officially the new "voice" of Sky Motori. The historic voice of MotoGP therefore returns to his true passion, leaving Superbike and Mediaset, a company that until the end tried to counter the offer of Rupert Murdoch's network. The world championship thus once again embraces the most "loved" and "hated" commentator of the Valentino Rossi era. He famous his phrase “everyone standing on the sofa!".

Meda will not only be the voice, but will lead the Motori editorial team as Deputy Director of Sky Sport and will report on the MotoGP races live. In particular, he will coordinate the work of the Sky Sport MotoGP HD (channel 208) and Sky Sport F1 HD (channel 207) channel team.

“For someone like me, who has always been passionate about motorbikes, cars, sports and his profession, it is difficult to imagine something better – he said Guido Medes – I can't wait to start this new adventure. Talking about the engines with the team, the technology and the quality of Sky Sport is exciting and I am happy to make the experience I have gained over the years available to this great group. The project entrusted to me is important and I am really proud of it. I would like the result to be an interesting and fun job for those who do it and for those who follow it.”

“We are very happy to open the new year with this news, which is extraordinary for our subscribers – he comments with satisfaction Jacques Raynaud, Executive Vice President of Sky Sport and Sky Advertising – The arrival of Guido Meda strengthens and enriches one of our pillars, that of engines, which has already achieved excellent results with a great live offering in High Definition. We want to continue to improve, grow and think better for our subscribers. And we are certain that we are going in this direction, being able to count from today on the experience and professionalism of Guido Meda."

BUT tell me.. don't all those who don't want Meda want him just because he's a friend of Valentino? You're sorry..Meda may be biased, but he's certainly 100 times better than Capirossi and that other useless guy who was there this year. Meda knows how to do his job better than anyone else.
Don't tell me that if Valentino wins it's thanks to Meda who makes him go faster by cheering him on from the side of the track!! :D I would never be surprised if I heard something like that now.. :)
