MotoGP European GP Valencia Ducati Qualifying – Francesco Bagnaia closed the qualifications for the European Grand Prix, which takes place in Valencia, the twelfth stage of the 2020 MotoGP, with the seventeenth time.
The driver from Turin ended the third free practice session in fourth position, but was forced to go through the Q1 trap and, with the asphalt completely wet, he finished in P7 trying to push as hard as he could.

“Up until qualifying I can say it was a positive day. I was strong in both FP3 and FP4, finishing in fourth place in both sessions. Unfortunately in qualifying I wasn't able to make the most of the bike's potential and it's a shame because we were much stronger than that. Q1 is always a big risk and you have to try to be strong from Friday."
