“A top-10 today is definitely a good result, especially because we were ahead of fast riders and competitive bikes. But I have to be honest and say that I expected more. During testing I manage to do some good laps, in qualifying by risking a lot I can bring the RS-GP close to the leaders, but over the course of a race it is more difficult to always stay on the limit. In the first laps I even lost a few tenths because, mindful of the crash in the last race, I managed without taking risks. However, this is clearly the right direction for me and for Aprilia."
