MotoGP GP Thailand – The first day of free practice at the Thai Grand Prix, the fifteenth stage of the 2018 MotoGP, was characterized by various events, on and off the track.

Beyond the lap times, which saw Andrea Dovizioso top Maverick Vinales and Cal Crutchlow, in the second free practice session the attention was focused on Jorge Lorenzo's terrible accident.

The Ducati Majorcan was the victim of a violent high-side. Fortunately he did not suffer any fractures in the impact with the asphalt, but his participation in Sunday's race is in serious doubt. In the Red's garage we are now looking for the causes of the fall, excluding the rider's responsibility (it was thought he might have pushed the rear brake with his foot given the lack of sensitivity due to Argon's injury) we are trying to understand what mechanical failure could have blocked the rear wheel curves at entry.

Everything is told by Sky Sport MotoGP correspondent, Sandro Donato Grosso
