MotoGP | Thailand GP Race: Di Giannantonio, “It's a shame, it was another race where we could have done well”

GP Thailand Gresini Racing – Fabio di Giannantonio finished the Thai Grand Prix, seventeenth stage of the 2002 world championship, in 18th position.

Fabio Di Giannantonio's race was very complicated as he hoped for rain to make a comeback, but was then unable to make it happen due to poor feeling with his Ducati, particularly when exiting corners.

“We have always had a good feeling on the water, but today unfortunately that wasn't the case. I lost a lot when exiting corners and, even though I was always very strong when braking, I couldn't recover without accelerating. In the first three laps I lost a lot of positions. It's a shame because it's another race where we could have done well, but we weren't right."
