MotoGP Gp Buriram Press Conference – Andrea Iannone was also present at the usual press conference on Thursday of the Thai Grand Prix.

The driver from Vasto managed to take the third step of the podium in the Aragon GP thanks, as he said after the race, to the set-up used and developed by Alex Rins during the private tests.

“Aragon was a good race, we pushed hard and managed to stay close to the leaders.” Said Andrea Iannone, who then added: “The track here is completely different. During the tests I had some difficulties, but Alex was faster and this is positive. We hope to start in the best possible situation.”

The Suzuki rider then explained what he meant when he said he had 'copied' Rins' set-up: “In Aragon Alex had 2 days of testing and I asked if it was possible to see the work he had done. At Misano he worked with a different set up, so at Aragon I thought it was interesting to see. I discussed a lot with my team on Friday, but in the end we decided to try it and I preferred his. I don't know if this will help me here.”
