MotoGP US GP Tech3 – Johann Zarco closed the Argentine Grand Prix with second place, a result that allows him to dream of a victory in the next round of the 2018 Motorcycle World Championship, Austin.

The Frenchman was the protagonist of an impressive race on the Termas de Rio Hondo circuit, perhaps overshadowed only by the collision with Dani Pedrosa, which then caused his fall. The rest of the race was managed impeccably and the #05 only gave way to the winner Cal Crutchlow towards the end.

After the excellent race and above all given the good feeling he has with the bike, Zarco can hope to do well in Texas and perhaps aim for victory. On this track last year he finished fifth.

These are the words of Johann Zarco: “The Circuit of the Americas is a very beautiful track, even if it is physically tough and I think it is also perhaps one of the most technical circuits of the year, because we have 20 corners and it is not easy to go really fast. But after the good podium in Argentina, I hope to rediscover the right feeling I had with the bike and I hope to be able to start well from the first free practice on Friday in order to have the chance to fight for another podium. Why shouldn't we think about our first victory? I want to dream and live this dream to the fullest.”

On the other side of the garage, Hafizh Syahrin is back from the first top ten of his career. The Malaysian driver finished the Argentine GP in ninth position, and was the best rookie at the finish line. In America he aims to improve further thanks also to training with Colin Edwards.

These are the words of Hafizh Syahrin: “I'm really happy with the results we've achieved in the first two races and I'm looking forward to this weekend's Grand Prix. I try to do the same or finish even better. Before Austin I prepared with some training at Colin Edwards' training camp. So, my physical condition is good, I have improved step by step and I am more than ready for this third race. I can't wait to meet my team again and hope I can give my best for them once again."
