MotoGP | United States GP Preview: Rossi, “It's important to get back on track after a difficult race like the one in Argentina”
Rossi added: "It wasn't a good start to the season, but in Austin I hope to have a good race"
MotoGP Yamaha Movistar Preview US GP – Valentino Rossi arrives in Austin with a great desire for redemption after the Termas de Rio Hondo facts, when his race ended after a contact with Marc Marquez.
The Yamaha champion, currently eighth in the world championship standings, has a podium in 2015 and a second place in last year's race as his best results in Austin. The word is up to him.
“Getting back on track after a difficult race, like the one in Argentina, is always important. We have to work to improve our M1 and every session will be crucial. Austin is a very difficult track for me and for the M1, but also for this reason I need to work as best as I can with my team – said Valentino Rossi – We will try to find a good set-up from the first day of free practice and I'm confident and happy to go to Texas. I like the atmosphere and the track. It wasn't a good start to the season, but in Austin I hope to have a good race. We will do our best."
