MotoGP Gp Le Mans Gresini Racing – Fabio di Giannantonio closed the first day of free practice for the French Grand Prix, fifth stage of the 2023 MotoGP, with the 17th time.
A crash for Fabio Di Giannantonio at turn 3 this morning and a lot of work in the afternoon to find the best setup with his Desmosedici number 49. The Italian finishes with the 17th time and tomorrow access to Q2 will be contested with Marini and Quartararo as the main players rivals

“Complicated Friday, we worked hard even if this morning's crash limited us a bit. We started from the Jerez base which we were very satisfied with and we are seeing if it can perform well here too. For now we lose a lot in t3 and t4 and tomorrow it will be important to work well in P3 to try to play our cards in qualifying."
