MotoGP GP Spain Alma Ducati Pramac Qualifying – Danilo Petrucci will start from eighth place after qualifying for the Jerez Grand Prix.

After a hard-fought qualifying, the rider from Terni finished with a gap of just 102 thousandths from second place. Yesterday's difficulties seem like a distant memory, and after showing potential in FP3, managing to get straight into Q2, and after confirming the pace in FP4 the #09 is ready to fight for the positions that count.

These are the words of Danilo Petrucci: “It was a truly incredible qualification. I don't remember such a narrow gap between the top nine riders. The sensations are good, however, and this gives me confidence for tomorrow's race. We are probably not yet at Top 5 levels in this circuit but we have made important steps forward."

On the other side of the garage, Jack Miller was unable to repeat yesterday's excellent placing. Tomorrow he will start from the twelfth spot on the grid.

These are the words of Jack Miller: “I struggled a bit in qualifying. Maybe I wasn't able to get the second soft tire to work well especially. We will work with the team to analyze the data and see where we can do better. It's still a good weekend so far. The race pace isn't bad and the feeling with the bike is positive."
