MotoGP GP Spain Yamaha MotoGP Race – Valentino Rossi crossed the finish line of the MotoGP Spanish Grand Prix (fourth stage of the 2019 MotoGP, held on the Jerez de la Frontera circuit) in sixth position.

The Yamaha rider from Pesaro, who started from the fifth row, ran a comeback race, taking home important points from a world championship perspective. His gap from the top, now occupied by Marc Marquez, is nine points.

Compared to last year his performance has improved, but Rossi is not satisfied with the overall result, starting with the failure to make it to Q2 yesterday.

Tomorrow he will be on track for a day of testing and hopes to be able to find some solution that can increase the competitiveness of his M1.

JEREZ MOTOGP RACE REPORT

“Last year I finished fifth, but 4/5 riders in front of me had crashed, otherwise I would have finished much further back and the race was much faster. Last year I took 10/11 seconds, this year 7, so we did a little better. I was fast at the end of the race and that is very important. As I also told my team, we could have done better, we didn't have any points where we did very well, we were "average" in all areas."

CHOICE OF HARD RUBBER

“Maybe we were a little too conservative, but we didn't feel like risking the medium compound. I then started from far back, if I had started further up I could have battled with the small group immediately ahead of me, with Dovizioso and Petrucci. After many laps I managed to overtake Miller and Franco (Morbidelli, ed.) doing some good laps.”

DIFFERENCE WITH ARGENTINA AND AUSTIN

“In Argentina and Austin the bike went well straight away, while here we struggled and in fact I wasn't able to get into the top ten and then get into Q2. We can improve a lot, especially tire life and consistency in the final laps. Last year I was in much more difficulty, we improved but it's not enough.”

JEREZ TEST MONDAY

“We have a little something to try, this is very important because the others always have something new. We have to improve the acceleration and electronics compared to Honda and Ducati.”

H954 do you realize how ignorant you are?
Give bullshit to someone who 3 times out of 4 is ahead of someone like Vinales, idolized by you as "now that Rossi has arrived who sees him anymore"...
And yet it is always still there... to make you gnaw

If there is anyone who has won with a Yamaha in recent years it is Maverick and not Rossi despite the racing department and the garage Yamaha is his home and you do it as he says, in a situation like that only Marquez would go out and put it on you on the corner, even if in a certain sense he did it in 2015, Rossi now out of his box is as important as underwear in a porn film...

I like reading these comments from mentally disabled people against Rossi. A question to these scoundrels: but what should those who come after Rossi every Sunday (and there are many) do, shoot themselves??? THERE !!!
