MotoGP | GP Jerez: Dall'Igna (Ducati), "Renewal with Dovizioso is difficult, but I think positive"

MotoGP Spanish GP Renewal of Dovizioso Ducati – Andrea Dovizioso's renewal with Ducati is slow in coming. After last year's splendid championship, many expected a sudden renewal, a bit like those that occurred at Yamaha with Vinales and Rossi and at Honda with Marc Marquez. This back and forth, however, shows no signs of stopping and in Jerez both the rider and the General Director of Ducati Corse had their say.

“There is already an option for Dovi on the table, we haven't reached an agreement yet, but there's nothing strange, we're trying to raise the level of the discussion, it's part of the party game. Andrea's renewal is quite complicated, but I remain confident in an agreement; As Ducati we want it and I also believe Dovi, through ups and downs, found himself happy here.
