MotoGP GP Motegi – After the Thai GP which awarded the title to Marc Marquez with 4 races to spare, the MotoGP remains in the East, next stop Motegi, for the Japanese Grand Prix, sixteenth stop of the 2019 MotoGP.

The drivers' championship is closed, we are still racing for the constructors' and teams' championship, but in reality everyone is already looking forward to next season. What is certain, however, is that they will not be "savings" competitions. Marc Marquez aims to bring Honda to success all by himself by recovering points from Ducati which is currently leading the team championship and the Bolognese manufacturer will certainly not stand by and watch. Andrea Dovizioso and Danilo Petrucci, considering that two of the next three races could be in favor of the red team, will try to occupy the podium, even if the rider from Terni will first have to get out of the moment of crisis. However, Yamaha and Suzuki will also be in the game, there is still third place up for grabs in the riders' world championship which seems to have become the goal of many, from Rins, through Vinales and Quartararo. The one who is aiming to rediscover the competitiveness that is missing is certainly Valentino Rossi who hasn't been on the podium for 12 races now.

The triptych will not only be MotoGP, in fact in the light categories the titles have yet to be awarded. While in Moto2, Alex Marquez seems to be very fast, in Moto3 the scenario changes from race to race. So far eleven different riders have won at least one race and between knocks and crashes the ranking sees Lorenzo Dalla Porta in the lead over Aron Canet and Tony Arbolino, but everything is still to be decided.
