Statements Stefan Bradl Repsol Honda Team GP Germany

“My start went well. I'm satisfied with the pace I kept. I can only blame myself, maybe I was a little too careful in the beginning. This created the gap with Dovi, Petrucci and Rossi. Obviously I couldn't have the same race pace as someone who races every week, I raced in Jerez last time. The bike was a bit nervous at the start of the race, but the choice of soft tire was the right one. If I hadn't lost time at the start I could have fought for sixth position. In the race we tried some new parts, it was a sort of test for HRC in race conditions. But the race was very good, I'm very happy with the result. The way we mastered the practice sessions and prepared for the race was also impressive.”
