MotoGP GP Czech Republic Brno Yamaha Petronas SRT MotoGP – Franco Morbidelli closed the Czech Republic Grand Prix on the first lap.
During the first lap, the Italian-Brazilian driver was touched by Zarco while exiting the corner and lost the front. Mir was also involved in the crash, fortunately both riders did not suffer any injuries.

“It's a shame because I had everything in order to have a good race because the feeling in the warm-up was good. For me Zarco's maneuver was not very elegant, but it is a race and we will try to come back stronger next weekend. It's good to have a test day on Monday to improve the bike a little more and at the same time reduce the stress that a day like this has. It's even better to start a new race weekend."
