MotoGP GP of the Americas Ducati MotoGP – After the difficult first two stages of the 2019 MotoGP, Danilo Petrucci is ready to make up for it on the occasion of the Grand Prix of the Americas.

The rider from Terni is not satisfied with the results he has achieved so far, two sixth places, although it must be said that he has always managed to be one of the protagonists. In Texas, a track where he boasts an eighth place as his best result, however he will have to be able to get even closer to the podium.

These are the words of Danilo Petrucci: “I believe that our potential in Texas is better than in the past, even if COTA remains a theoretically unfavorable track for us: it features many short-radius Formula 1-style corners, and is full of dips which make finding the setup difficult. But already in Argentina, another difficult track, we reacted well despite the weekend having started in a complicated way. In general, on circuits where there is little grip we have difficulty accelerating with the bike bent due to my weight, but we are improving in terms of tire wear. I also want to optimize race management, and in this regard it will be essential to start further up the grid. We will have to work hard to fight for the top five once again, but I am confident."
