MotoGP | GP Aragon Race: Morbidelli, “I just focused on giving my best”
"We tried something in the race to make me a little faster, but I didn't notice any improvements" added the Italian-Brazilian driver
GP Aragon Monster Yamaha MotoGP 2022 – Franco Morbidelli finished the Aragon Grand Prix, fifteenth stage of the 2022 MotoGP, in 17th position.
The Italian-Brazilian driver started from the back and was involved in the accidents on the first lap and found himself in last position. Trying to maintain a constant pace he managed to make up ground and came close to the points.

“The two accidents on the first lap that I encountered along the way certainly didn't help. But starting from 20th place these things can happen. Other than that, my pace wasn't good. It was enough to make up a few positions, but we fought for much more. We tried something in the race to make me a little faster in the fast corners, but I didn't really notice any improvements. I just focused on giving the best I could give. We'll sit behind the PCs and try to find what I need to improve in the fast corners, and then we'll try again in Japan.”
